D-Tech compomax kit consists of Nano Hybrid Light Curing anterior posterior composites for filling of all cavity classes. It is a light cured resin based dental restorative material. It comes with a 37% phosphoric acid etching gel syringe and a D-Tech AQ Bond, Bonding agent which is a 5th Generation total etch single step light cured bonding agent.

Product Description

D Tech Compomax is a light curing Nano Hybrid
Composite for anterior and posterior filling of all cavity
classes. It is a light cured resin based dental restorative
material. This system has enhanced color stability ;
designed to accommodate ‘Multi-shade layering’
technique. This not only guarantees a natural and highly
aesthetic filling , but also minimisation of polymerisation
shrinkage. Compomax is used with a dentine enamel bond
& is available in syringe.

INDICATION FOR USE

Enamel layer for class I, II, III, IV, V, VI, restorations.
Repairing veneers
Splinting & locking of periodontally involved teeth.
Core build up to replace missing tooth structure.
Composite inlays
Facetting of discolored anterior.
Reconstruction of traumatically damaged anteriors.
Composite & porcelain repairs.
Diastema closures.
To mask out discolored pulpal floor at the base of a
preparation (opaque shades).

RECOMMENDED USAGE

1. Prior to preparation, clean the tooth, remove all cleaning
residues with water spray. Determine the vita tooth shade.
Use a rubberdam where possible.
2. Prepare the cavity according to the general rules of adhesive
technology. Round off enamel edges and protect pulp areas.
3. Etch as required, according to your preferred technique, e.g
etch plus.Follow the instructions for use the materials used.
4. Apply bond primer. (AQ Bond)
5. Apply a lining of thin flowing composite (compo Flow)
or compomer as required. We recommend using a matrix.
6. Fill the cavity in the required shade in layers of maximum
2 mm thickness. Light-cure each layer for 40 seconds.
7. Surplus removal,contouring and fine shaping are carried out
e.g. With a diamond finisher and flexible discs of decreasing
grain size.High-gloss polishing can be carried out with a
polishing paste using polishing cups/discs.
