Fire Phosphate Bonded Investment Powder

Contents: 18 Kg Powder, 4.5L Liquid

Precautions while using investment powder:

a) Mix the powder only with the specified pure liquid. Do not use water.

b) Use a silicone ring. Do not use metal rings.

c) The ring should be placed in the furnace at normal room temperature
   or a maximum of 100°C. Then, increase the temperature gradually up to
   900°C and hold for 10 minutes.

इनवेस्टमेंट पाउडर को उपयोग करते समय सावधानियाँ :-

1. इनवेस्टमेंट पाउडर को केवल लिक्विड में ही घोलकर तैयार करे, पानी का

   उपयोग बिलकुल भी ना करे ।

2. केवल सिलिकॉन रिंग को ही उपयोग मे लाना है मेटल रिंग का उपयोग ना करे।

3. रिंग को समान्य रूम तापमान पर अथवा अधिकतम 100°C पर फरनेस पर

   रखना है और अधिकतम 900°C तक तापमान जाने के बाद उसे 10 मिनिट

   के लिए होल्ड करना है तत्पश्चात रिंग को फरनेस से बाहर निकालकर कास्टिंग

   के लिए उपयोग मे लाये।
