Product Description
GC Gold Label 1 is a premium radiopaque self-cure Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC) designed for the permanent cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, orthodontic bands, and as a base or liner under restorations.
Manufactured by GC Corporation, Japan, it delivers reliable chemical adhesion to both tooth structure and metal without requiring a separate bonding agent or primer. Its advanced strontium-based glass ionomer technology provides excellent radiopacity, sustained fluoride release, high mechanical strength, and long-term marginal integrity.
The material exhibits excellent wetting properties and a low film thickness of just 15 microns, allowing restorations to seat accurately and consistently. It also performs effectively in a moist environment, simplifying clinical procedures while delivering durable and predictable results.
GC Gold Label 1 is trusted worldwide for its ease of handling, sharp set characteristics, excellent biocompatibility, and long-lasting restoration performance.
